UK Construction Products Ltd (UKCP) formulates, manufactures and distributes admixtures and additives for the concrete industry, from readymix and precast concrete through to dry mortars and screeds, backed by over 30 years' technical experience.
Who is UK Construction Products?
UK Construction Products Ltd (UKCP) is a UK company that formulates, manufactures and distributes specialist construction products. We develop liquid and powder admixtures for readymix and precast concrete, release agents, powdered additives, products for screeds, mortars and concrete repair, and bespoke additive packages for manufacturers.
Our team brings over 30 years' technical experience developing additives and admixtures for concrete, dry mortars and silo mortars. That experience shapes everything we make, from admixtures for concrete producers and precast manufacturers through to blends formulated around a single manufacturer's raw materials.
We work in two ways. Our standard product range covers concrete admixtures, release agents, powdered additives and products for screeds, mortars and repair, in liquid or powder form. Alongside it, our bespoke formulation service develops additives tailored to a customer's specific requirements, either to improve an existing product or to develop new product technology.

What are bespoke black box additives?
A black box additive is a single, pre-blended additive package that UKCP develops for one customer's product. Working closely with clients, we develop these additives in powder or liquid form.
Our in-house development team uses the raw materials from the customer's own production site to develop the additive and admixture package. Instead of sourcing several small addition raw materials from different suppliers, the customer receives one blend from UKCP, supplied in paper sacks or bulk bags and ready to mix with the sand, cement and fillers already used on site.
