UKCP liquid solutions are admixtures, release agents, plant care products and acrylic emulsions for readymix and precast concrete, screeds and mortars. The range includes superplasticisers, accelerators, compaction aids, mould release agents, concrete remover and sealers.

LSA Max
LSA Max is a liquid admixture for semi-dry screeds, developed to give very rapid drying times, high early strength and foot traffic after 24 hours. It produces a Cat A, C40, F7 screed with compressive strengths of up to 60 N/mm².

Liquid AEA
Liquid AEA is a liquid air entraining admixture for mortars, dosed with the mixing water. As an air entrainer, it is designed to stabilise very small air bubbles in the mix, which typically improves workability and cohesion. Results depend on the mix, so trial it with your own materials.

SP10
SP10 is a mid range water reducing superplasticiser liquid based on polycarboxylate technology. It gives water reduction of more than 10%, helps prevent bleeding and segregation, and is an economic plasticiser for readymix concrete and screeds.

Powder Solutions
UKCP powder solutions are dry additives and compounds for precast concrete, postmix and grout manufacture, screeds, dry mix mortars and concrete repair. The range includes accelerators, an early strength activator, a grout additive, a sachet dosed screed admixture, FASTSET repair compounds and mortar additives.
Powder Screed Admixtures
PSA
PSA is a powder screed admixture supplied in water soluble sachets, formulated to give rapid drying and improved strength in traditional sand and cement screeds. Screeds can be lightly trafficked after 24 hours and achieve compressive strengths above 25 N/mm².

What products does UKCP make?
UKCP formulates, manufactures and distributes 26 specialist construction products: screed admixtures (LSA Max and PSA); mortar admixtures (Liquid AEA, Powder AEA and Powder Water Retainer); concrete repair (FASTSET 1, FASTSET 30, FASTSET FS120 and FASTSET R4 (30)); concrete admixtures (SP10, SP20, HP-Xcel and UKCP Rapid Set); precast admixtures (CompaktAid, CompaktAid Plus and Xpress); postmix and grout additives (Accelerator A, Accelerator PMA and Grout Aid); release agents and plant care (Eco-lease RB, MRA EF, MRA1, Protekt and Concremove) and sealers and polymers (BlokSeal and AcryMul50). UKCP also develops bespoke additive packages for dry mortar manufacturers.
What is the difference between liquid and powder admixtures?
Liquid admixtures are measured into the gauging water or added at the mixer, which suits site batched screeds and mortars. Powder admixtures can be blended into dry mortars and bagged products at the factory, or added on site in pre-measured form, such as the water soluble sachets used for PSA.

Can UKCP develop a bespoke additive for my products?
Yes. UKCP develops bespoke "black box" additives in powder or liquid form. The in-house development team works with the raw materials used on your own production site and supplies the finished blend in paper sacks or bulk bags, ready to mix with the sand, cement and fillers you already use.
