BlokSeal

BlokSeal is a surface sealer and efflorescence reducer for the protection of concrete blocks and bricks. It is a low viscosity, water based, APEO free core-shell pure acrylic copolymer emulsion with high exterior durability and low VOC, applied neat or diluted by brush, roller or low pressure spray.

AcryMul50

UKCP AcryMul50 is an APEO free pure acrylic copolymer emulsion with 50% solids. It is a multipurpose binder for interior and exterior coatings and water and damp proofing, with low VOC, scrub resistance, efflorescence resistance and high gloss.

What is the difference between BlokSeal and AcryMul50?

BlokSeal is a low viscosity emulsion with 40% solids, applied neat or diluted to concrete blocks and bricks as a surface sealer and efflorescence reducer. AcryMul50 is a higher viscosity emulsion with 50% solids, used as a multipurpose binder for interior and exterior coatings and water or damp proofing.

What does APEO free mean?

APEOs (alkylphenol ethoxylates) are surfactants that have been used in some emulsions. Both BlokSeal and AcryMul50 are made without them.

How are they supplied and stored?

Both are supplied in 1000kg IBCs and bulk. Store between 5°C and 25°C, away from frost and direct sunlight, and stir before use. In the original unopened containers they are stable for 12 months following delivery.
