Can Accelerator A or PMA replace high alumina cement in Postmix?

Yes. Both have been designed as a replacement for High Alumina cement (HAC) and Calcium Sulfoaluminate cements (CSA) in Postmix products where rapid set and high early strength are needed. Unlike HAC and CSA, they need no additional additives. Simply add the accelerator to the cement and aggregate package.

What is the difference between Accelerator A and Accelerator PMA?

Both are rapid set, high early strength powder accelerators for Postmix. Their typical dosage ranges differ. Accelerator A is typically dosed at 15kg to 30kg per tonne with cement contents below 200kg per tonne, and Accelerator PMA at 15kg to 25kg per tonne. Our technical team can advise which suits your formulation.

What is Grout Aid?

Grout Aid is a black box powder blend of additives. Blended with cement and clean, dried fine sand at typically 50kg per tonne, it produces a flowable, bleed resistant, shrinkage compensated pourable grout for filling cables, fixing anchor bolts and supporting machinery.
