Powder Screed Admixtures
PSA is a powder screed admixture supplied in water soluble sachets, formulated to give rapid drying and improved strength in traditional sand and cement screeds. Screeds can be lightly trafficked after 24 hours and achieve compressive strengths above 25 N/mm².

FASTSET 1 (FASTSET FS1) is a polymer modified, cementitious repair compound for cosmetic concrete repair. It sets within 5 to 10 minutes, depending on temperature, to suit the rapid repair of concrete structures. It conforms to Class R3 of EN 1504-3.

FASTSET 30 (FASTSET FS30) is a polymer modified, cementitious repair compound for cosmetic concrete repair. It sets within 20 to 30 minutes, depending on temperature, giving more working time than FASTSET 1 while still allowing a rapid repair. It conforms to Class R3 of EN 1504-3.

FASTSET FS120 is a polymer modified, cementitious repair compound for cosmetic concrete repair. It sets in 2 hours at 20°C, giving time for larger quantities of repairs, followed by rapid strength gain. It conforms to Class R3 of EN 1504-3.

FASTSET R4 (30) is a polymer modified, cementitious repair compound that meets the requirements for Class R4 EN 1504-3 high strength and high build repair mortars. It sets within 20 to 30 minutes, depending on temperature, with extremely high early strengths.

Powder AEA is a powder air entraining admixture for mortars, designed to be blended with the dry ingredients of bagged and silo mortars. As an air entrainer, it stabilises very small air bubbles when the mortar is mixed, which typically improves workability, cohesion and freeze thaw durability.

Powder Water Retainer is a water retaining additive for dry mix mortars. Water retainers help fresh mortar hold on to its mixing water, which improves workability, open time and adhesion and reduces the risk of premature drying on absorbent substrates.

Xpress is an early strength activator for precast concrete based on CEMI and GGBS binder systems. It boosts early age strengths where at least 50% GGBS is used, improving handling and reducing breakages in semi-dry units such as blocks and bricks.
